Used in house for nightly bedding, the metal pan is great for ease of cleaning and sanitary. Very strong, perfect size for the Bulldog

I like this crate a lot. It's great for my Weimaraner because he's a heavy chewer and the last crate that we bought for him (plastic) got chewed through and began making him sick. We bought a metal pan for his crate and it is easy to clean albeit, it's a bit uncomfortable and cold for him to sleep on. Purchasing a pan/tray separately is a must. This crate is a bit big and bulky and really heavy so we will not be taking it with us while we travel. We had to assemble it in our bedroom because it is so wide, it wouldn't fit through the door! All in all, this is a good buy for my big puppy! He really likes the room and his happiness is what counts!
It took a while for us to receive it. The pan arrived before this did. I was in constant contact with Lori and she made sure to keep checking with the warehouse on my order. In the end, she got this to me and for all the problems that I had, she had a pet bed sent to me also (it got chewed up and spit out that same night) :(
